Dubrovnik Neretva County's Regional Development agency

The DUNEA LLC Regional Development agency is a county company founded in April 2006 with the aim of promoting and improving all the prospective projects of the county.

Its task is to facilitate the creation of development management mechanisms and to create favorable entrepreneurial conditions in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County.

Our mission is to achieve full employment and balanced development troughout the entire region of the Dubrovnik- Neretva County.

Our vision is to become leaders in the strategically sustainable and carefully thought out development of the Dubrovnik- Neretva County by being innovative, creative and enrepreneurial.

DUNEA operates with the aim of achieving balanced economic development throughout the entire Dubrovnik- Neretva region. It coordinates existing development activities in complience with regional needs.

Our goals focus on:

- enhancing smalland medium enterprises in accordance with national needs and EU

requirements

- planning future economic development with neighboring regions

- development of human resources and education

- creation of new employment encouraging economic development

- attracting domestic and foreign investment in the region

- consultancy for small and medium enterprises

- consultancy for local and regional authorities

- one-stop-shop for investors

- organization and implementation of workshops, seminars, round-tables

- development of business plans and investment studies

- preparation of project proposals for EU pre-accesion funds
